| What do I get when I order a slideshow? | With every slideshow order you receive a downloadable DVD file, the disk art, an MP4 file (640 x 360) and the show is posted to shareitvideo (a video sharing service). Additional Options:
|

| What file type and file size do you need? | We need jpg files. Photos for the slideshows need to be a minimum of 1200 pixels on the long edge. However, if your photos are larger than 1200 pixels, our ordering system will automatically resize your images before they are uploaded. We maintain the dimensions/aspect ratio so no cropping occurs. |
| What kind of music do you have? | There are over 200 songs available to choose from. Each song has been hand selected to work perfectly with professional photography slideshows. Our library includes a mix of production quality music and songs licensed from individual artists and bands. Click here to listen to the song library. |
| Can I use my own music? | Yes. You can upload your own music through the order form. You will need to choose one of our custom style options if you are using your own music. Use the "Category" drop down and select "Custom" to view the style options. If uploading your own music, you must verify that you have licensed it for commercial purposes or that it is for personal use only. We disable the social network / sharing feature on shareit video if you upload your own music. We require MP3s formatted files. If you've downloaded music from iTunes in the M4A format we will not be able to use it. We recommend http://www.triplescoopmusic.com and http://www.redbeardmusic.com as a great source for commercially licensed music. |
| If I add my own music - how much music to I need to include? | We recommend about 1 song for every 35 images. If you don't give use enough music to go with all the photos we will just loop the music. If you give us more music than we need we will fade the last song out when the photos run out. |
| Why can't I use my own music will ALL your show styles? | Some of our show styles are only available to order with the music you hear in the sample. We've done this to give you a special production that is tightly integrated with the music for a ultra high end look and feel that you'd otherwise have to spend hundreds or even thousands of dollar on. The introductions, timing, backgrounds, effects, and transitions all work perfectly with the music. This gives us enormous quality advantages over competitors who auto-generate random effects and hope for the best. |

| Why should I proof on DVD? |
|
| Is the Proof Gallery easy to navigate? | Yes - it works just like any Hollywood DVD. To navigate through the DVD, just use the arrow keys and enter button on the DVD remote. So easy - our customers tell us even the Grandma's love it. |
| How are the Galleries organized? | Your photos are separated into galleries for easy selection. Just chose a gallery, then preview the images as thumbnails or view each image full screen. There is even a black & white and zoom option. Your original photo numbers are listed below each image. You can have anywhere from 1 to 20 separate galleries on the DVD. We include up to 99 images in a single gallery. If you import more than 99 images for a single gallery we will separate them for you. | Why don't my images on TV look as sharp as my prints? | Your images should look great on TV however; it's important to understand that TVs aren't able to display the same resolution as prints. On the flip side - prints are easy to copy and if you are printing thumbnails your customers might complain they can't see peoples faces. Proof DVDs are an affordable alternative to paper proofs and allow your clients to see their images enlarged on TV with total copy protection. There are several ways to maximize the quality you get from your DVD player and TV. Make sure you have the highest quality cable connecting your TV and DVD player - an HDMI cable is recommended. You should also check to make sure both your DVD and TV are set to display in widescreen mode. |
