We’ve partnered with Bay Photo, a great lab located in Santa Cruz California, to enable you to order high-quality products through our new ROES Ordering Application! And the best part is, the application is free!

ROES (Remote Order Entry System) is a small Java application that you download once, then use to order all of your lab products and services. At the end of the order process your image files are uploaded directly from within the application. No need to send images on disks or a hard drive. When complete, your order will be sent directly to you, or you can request that it be drop-shipped directly to your customer. You can even order gift boxes for a professional presentation!

Proof Books & Prints Do your customers want proof books or prints? Order them with just a few mouse clicks. Books from 8”x 10” to 11“x14, and prints of many sizes. Add borders and custom pages to create a truly upscale product!

Press Printed Cards & Books Folded cards, flat cards, envelopes, bookmarks, brochures, and calendars. Hardcover and softcover press printed books from 5”x5” to 12”x12”. Templates, and other great products - you name it, we’ve got it.

Metal Prints Your image infused directly into metal sheets for a look that is unparalled! Images have great luminance and archival durability. Ultra hard surface is easily to maintain. Order with optional float hangers for a dramatic presentation.

Gallery Wraps, Thin Wraps, & Giclée Prints Your image on museum quality canvas stretched around a 1.5” frame. Thin Wraps come in a lustre, metallic, or canvas surface. Order Giclée prints in watercolor, vinyl, or canvas.

Standard & Competition Prints Choose lustre, glossy, or metallic standard prints. Have your competition prints created on Kodak Endura glossy, metallic, or Fugi high gloss papers. Mounting, finishes, and other options are available.

  2. Follow the easy instructions when prompted for input. If you are on a PC and do not have JAVA installed, you will be prompted to install it as well.

Watch Our Online Tutorials

It’s easy to use the Silverback ROES application, but we strongly suggest watching our online video tutorials before placing your first order. The tutorials will familiarize you with the features of the application so you get the most out of your ordering experience.

You can watch the videos by selecting a video link in the monitor at the top of this page and selecting a tutorial from the menu that appears. No additional software is necessary to view the tutorials, however, a high-speed internet connection is required.
